Users who want colour 65 MP imaging over CoaXPress will find the MV-CH650-90XC-M58S-NF in the CH series. The colour variant of the Gpixel GMAX3265 global shutter CMOS sensor reaches 31.5 fps at the full 9344 × 7000 resolution and delivers images in Bayer BG 8/10/12; the 3.2 μm × 3.2 μm pixel, 29.9 mm × 22.4 mm sensor area, 40 dB SNR and 66 dB dynamic range are unchanged. Exposure can be set between 14 μs and 10 s and gain between 1.25x and 6x; the fan-cooled M58-mount body makes this colour model the compact option in the CXP-6 branch.
The camera operates over a CoaXPress connection with DIN interface and is compatible with software based on the CoaXPress protocol and the GenICam standard. For external trigger, strobe and serial communication the 12-pin P10 connector provides one opto-isolated input (Line 0), one opto-isolated output (Line 1), one bi-directional non-isolated line (Line 2) and RS-232. With a 9–24 VDC supply the typical draw is 10.2 W at 24 VDC; the roughly 470 g fan-cooled body of 74 mm × 74 mm × 70.4 mm carries an M58*0.75 thread with 11.48 mm flange focal length, so M58 lenses suited to the large sensor mount directly.

Where it is used
Colour capture at 31.5 fps and full resolution means wide-area colour inspection on fast lines: continuous colour and register control in web printing and flexible packaging, colour-based grading of produce and food on wide trays, evaluation of sheet colour and grain in wood and laminate production. The global shutter and the 14 μs lower exposure limit keep colour edges from smearing on moving product. The 3.2 μm pixel makes even small coloured contaminants visible across the large field of view.
