Built for color imaging at Ethernet speeds, the MV-CH050-90TC-C-NF outputs 163.4 fps in Bayer GB 8 from a 2448 × 2048 Gpixel GMAX3405 global-shutter sensor over 10GigE. It complements the monochrome 10GigE model in the CH high-resolution family; its 39.2 dB SNR and 66.1 dB dynamic range are the highest dynamic range figures among the 5 MP GMAX3405 variants on this sheet. The camera is actively cooled by a fan, weighs approximately 212 g in a 50 × 45 × 68.6 mm housing, and consumes 8.4 W typical at 12 VDC.
Its 10 Gigabit Ethernet link falls back to Gigabit Ethernet where needed and reaches up to 100 meters, avoiding both frame grabbers and short-cable constraints. A 9–24 VDC supply and three I/O lines (opto-isolated input Line 0, opto-isolated output Line 1, non-isolated bi-directional Line 2) share the P7 connector. Bayer GB 8/10/10Packed/12/12Packed formats let the host choose between bandwidth and bit depth, panel mounting holes ease installation, and GigE Vision V2.0/GenICam compatibility covers third-party software.

Where it is used
High-speed color plus long cabling points this camera at packaging and printing lines where inspection stations are spread along a hall: color registration checks on labels, cap and closure color verification on beverage lines, and cosmetic inspection of painted or plated parts. The 66.1 dB dynamic range helps when glossy and matte surfaces appear in the same frame, and at 163.4 fps it can keep up with high-rate separation of small colored items.
