Machine Vision

Industrial Cameras and Machine Vision

Future Sensing Technology offers a complete industrial camera portfolio for vision-based quality control and automated inspection on production lines. Area scan and line scan cameras, smart camera systems, 3D cameras and laser profilers cover every bandwidth requirement through GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, Camera Link and CoaXPress interfaces.

Choosing the camera alone is never enough. A sound machine vision solution is built by selecting sensor resolution, the lens (telecentric, macro, fixed focal length) and the industrial lighting (bar, ring, dome, backlight) together, according to the application. On the machine vision software side we deploy positioning, measurement, surface defect detection, OCR/OCV and deep-learning classification tools for robot guidance, assembly verification, dimensional measurement and surface inspection.

Traceability

Barcode and Code Readers

Our barcode reader and code reader systems form the backbone of traceability in logistics and manufacturing. With fixed mount barcode readers, handheld terminals and industrial handheld barcode scanners, we address 1D barcode, 2D QR code and DataMatrix reading with high read rates.

In DPM (Direct Part Marking) applications we read low-contrast codes laser-marked onto metal or plastic surfaces using dedicated lighting and algorithms. In conveyor tunnel reading systems, parcel singulation, product tracking and traceability projects, we integrate readers into MES/ERP systems over Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP and TCP/IP.

Process Automation

Process Automation and Field Instrumentation

In process automation we supply the full range of flow, level, pressure and temperature measurement solutions for liquid, gas and steam lines. Electromagnetic flowmeters, ultrasonic flowmeters, vortex flowmeters, Coriolis mass flowmeters, turbine and oval gear flowmeters; radar level transmitters, guided wave radar, hydrostatic and float level switches; pressure transmitters and gauges; PT100 temperature sensors, thermocouples and temperature transmitters are all part of our product families.

For the water and wastewater, power, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries we provide water quality analyzers (pH/ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity) and analyzer transmitters. We close the control loop with control valves, electric actuators, pneumatic actuators and butterfly valves, and commission the field with test skid systems and calibration services. Every instrument integrates into your existing PLC and SCADA infrastructure over 4–20 mA/HART, Modbus RTU and PROFIBUS.

Digital Factory

Edge Computing, Vibration Measurement and Industrial IoT

We build edge computing architectures that process production data where it is generated. With industrial PCs, edge gateways, data acquisition (DAQ) modules and remote I/O units, raw machine data is turned into meaningful information on site and at low latency, rather than in the cloud.

Vibration measurement sits at the centre of predictive maintenance. Using vibration sensors and vibration analysis, we detect motor, pump, fan, compressor and bearing faults before they occur, through velocity (mm/s RMS), acceleration (g) and envelope analysis. Combined with temperature and current data, machine condition monitoring reduces unplanned downtime and lets maintenance be scheduled against the real condition of the machine.

At the Industrial IoT (IIoT) layer, collecting data is not enough — it also has to travel and become visible. We connect field devices to SCADA, MES and cloud platforms over MQTT, OPC UA and Modbus TCP, and deliver your digital factory transformation step by step with energy monitoring, production efficiency (OEE) tracking and remote monitoring dashboards.
