HIKROBOT MV-CH650-90TC-F-NF — Area Scan Cameras
65 MP, Gpixel GMAX3265, 10GigE, Color, 17.2 fps

For 65 MP tasks that also need colour, the CH series offers the MV-CH650-90TC-F-NF: the colour version of the Gpixel GMAX3265 global shutter CMOS sensor delivers the 9344 × 7000 frame in Bayer BG 8 at 17.2 fps over 10GigE. The 3.2 μm × 3.2 μm pixel, 29.9 mm × 22.4 mm sensor area, 40 dB SNR and 66 dB dynamic range are shared with its monochrome sibling; what changes is the output palette, which adds YUV422 8, RGB 8 and BGR 8 alongside Bayer 8/10/10p/12/12p directly in the camera. HIKROBOT keeps this model in delisting-preparation status, which should be weighed when planning new designs.
The camera runs over 10000 Mbit/s 10 Gigabit Ethernet, falls back to 1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet networks where needed, and the 10GigE link supports distances up to 100 m without a relay. For triggering and synchronisation the P10 connector provides Line 0 as opto-isolated input, Line 1 as opto-isolated output, Line 2 as a bi-directional non-isolated line and one RS-232; the same connector carries the 9–24 VDC supply. Colour processing raises typical consumption to 11.6 W at 12 VDC; the 74 mm × 74 mm × 84.8 mm fan-cooled F-mount body weighs around 600 g, and GigE Vision V2.0 plus GenICam compliance keep integration open to third-party software.

Where it is used
This model targets scenarios where high resolution must be combined with colour discrimination: colour deviation and register checks in wide-format print and packaging inspection, pattern and shade consistency on textiles and decorative surfaces, verification of colour-coded components in electronics assembly. The 9344 × 7000 frame covers a large surface in a single shot while the 3.2 μm pixel still resolves small colour defects. At 17.2 fps it keeps pace with slow-moving or indexed lines.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
