HIKROBOT MV-CH610-10TC-F-TF — Area Scan Cameras
61 MP, Sony IMX455, 10GigE, Color, 17.9 fps

Carrying the color version of the Sony IMX455 sensor, the MV-CH610-10TC-F-TF delivers 61 MP frames of 9568 × 6380 pixels in Bayer RG 8 at 17.9 fps. The full-frame 36 mm × 24 mm sensor area, 3.76 μm × 3.76 μm pixels and 0–36 dB gain range are backed by 46.8 dB SNR and 75.3 dB dynamic range. Rolling shutter architecture with TEC cooling helps keep color information clean during long exposures, and Bayer RG, YUV422, RGB 8 and BGR 8 outputs are supported at up to 16 bits.
High bit-depth color data travels over a 10 GigE link reaching 100 meters without a relay, and the link is compatible with Gigabit Ethernet. The camera runs on 24 VDC, drawing a typical 14.4 W with TEC off and 27.6 W with TEC on; the P10 connector provides this supply along with the opto-isolated input (Line 0), opto-isolated output (Line 1), bi-directional I/O (Line 2) and RS-232. A detachable F-mount design, the 100 mm × 100 mm × 82 mm body and GigE Vision V2.0 / GenICam compliance round out integration.

Where it is used
Color-accurate digitisation of artwork and archival documents, color uniformity measurement on large display panels and documentation of colored specimens under a microscope are areas where this model stands out. Because of the rolling shutter, it performs best with stationary or precisely positioned objects. TEC cooling and 16-bit color depth support imaging where subtle tonal differences must be preserved in low light.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
