The MV-CH500-90TM-F-NF is a 50 MP monochrome area scan camera in the high-resolution tier of the CH series. Its Gpixel GMAX global shutter CMOS delivers 7008 × 7000 pixels at 3.2 μm × 3.2 μm on a square 22.4 mm × 22.4 mm imaging area. With an F-mount body and integrated fan, it captures full-resolution frames at 15.5 fps while holding 40 dB SNR and 66 dB dynamic range.
The 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface is backward compatible with Gigabit Ethernet and supports transmission distances up to 100 meters. A single 12-pin P10 connector carries the 9–24 VDC supply together with an opto-isolated input (Line 0), an opto-isolated output (Line 1), a bi-directional non-isolated I/O (Line 2) and RS-232; typical draw is 11 W at 12 VDC. The 74 mm × 74 mm × 84.8 mm housing with a 46.5 mm flange-back F-mount and panel mounting holes plugs straight into GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam based software.

Where it is used
The square sensor and F-mount pairing suits single-frame inspection of flat-panel display glass, large PCB panels and wide metal sheets. The 3.2 μm pixel with global shutter delivers enough detail for dimensional measurement and surface defect detection of large parts on moving conveyors. Wide-area AOI stations in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing are another typical deployment.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
