The MV-CH500-90TC-M58S-NF is the color option in the 50 MP class of the CH series: a Gpixel GMAX global shutter CMOS with 7008 × 7000 pixels at 3.2 μm × 3.2 μm producing 15.5 fps in Bayer BG 8. Its square 22.4 mm × 22.4 mm sensor area pairs with an M58×0.75 lens interface. Alongside color information it retains 40 dB SNR and 66 dB dynamic range, and outputs YUV422, RGB 8 and BGR 8 in addition to Bayer.
Color data reaches the host over a 10 GigE link, compatible with Gigabit Ethernet, across distances up to 100 meters. Typical consumption is 12 W at 12 VDC, with the 9–24 VDC supply arriving through the 12-pin P10 connector alongside the opto-isolated input (Line 0) and output (Line 1), the bi-directional non-isolated I/O (Line 2) and RS-232. The 74 mm × 74 mm × 78.8 mm fan-cooled housing of about 550 g operates from 0 to 50 °C, and GigE Vision V2.0 plus GenICam support standardises software integration.

Where it is used
On large-format printed sheets, packaging board and label rolls, color deviation and print misregistration are detected within the same frame. In textile and decorative panel production, 50 MP color imaging verifies pattern and color consistency across a wide area. Polarity and placement checks on electronic assemblies with color-coded components also fall within this model’s scope.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
