The MV-CH250-92TM-C-NF V2 is the monochrome CH series model that brings the 25 MP GMAX0505 sensor to 10 Gigabit Ethernet, streaming 41.5 fps at 5120 × 5120 in Mono 8. The Gpixel GMAX0505 global shutter CMOS provides 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm pixels, 36 dB SNR and 63 dB dynamic range; gain spans 2.0× to 5.0× and exposure runs 3 μs to 8 μs in UltraShort mode or 9 μs to 10 s in standard mode. The fan-cooled housing measures 50 mm × 45 mm × 68.6 mm, weighs about 212 g and operates between 0 °C and 50 °C.
The 10 GigE interface (10000 Mbit/s) offers a transmission distance of up to 100 meters and is backward compatible with Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbit/s), so the camera can be installed on existing GigE infrastructure and moved to 10 GigE speed when needed. It is powered from 9 VDC to 24 VDC with a typical draw of 9.1 W at 12 VDC, and the 6-pin P7 connector supplies an opto-isolated input (Line 0), an opto-isolated output (Line 1) and a bi-directional non-isolated I/O (Line 2). C-mount lens compatibility, mounting holes on the panels and GigE Vision V2.0 / GenICam support ease integration with third-party software based on those protocols.

Where it is used
The 100-meter reach of Ethernet cabling matters in large production areas where the camera must sit far from the processing computer: dimensional measurement of big parts, surface inspection of glass and metal sheets, centralized image processing on multi-station lines. The 41.5 fps monochrome stream keeps up with moving products at 25 MP, while fan cooling and a working temperature up to 50 °C target continuously running, warm production environments.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
