HIKROBOT MV-CH250-90Y1C-NN — Area Scan Cameras
25 MP, Gpixel GMAX0505, 1-link CXP-12, Color, 41.3 fps

The MV-CH250-90Y1C-NN is a 25 MP color area scan camera from the CoaXPress branch of the CH high-resolution series. Its 1.1-inch Gpixel GMAX0505 global shutter CMOS delivers 5120 × 5120 pixels at 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm and reaches 41.3 fps in Bayer BG 8 over a single CXP-12 link. With 36 dB SNR, 63 dB dynamic range and a fanless, heat-sink-free body of 29 mm × 29 mm × 42 mm weighing about 74.5 g, it is the most compact CoaXPress model in this group.
Data leaves the camera through a Micro-BNC CoaXPress connector; PoCXP support lets a suitable CXP-12 frame grabber carry power and data on one coaxial cable, while a 9 VDC to 24 VDC external supply remains an option. The 6-pin P7 connector provides one opto-isolated input (Line 0), one opto-isolated output (Line 1) and one bi-directional non-isolated I/O (Line 2). C-mount lens compatibility keeps optics costs down, Binning, reverse image and ROI are supported, the camera follows the CoaXPress protocol and GenICam standard, and typical consumption is 3.9 W at 12 VDC.

Where it is used
A 5120 × 5120 color frame suits jobs where a large field must be captured in one shot with fine detail: color print and packaging inspection, populated PCB checks, large-format label and flat-panel examination. At 41.3 fps the full resolution can still follow moving lines, and the fanless, vibration-free build with a 0 °C to 40 °C working range fits quiet measurement stations.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
