With an M58*0.75 lens thread and an 11.48 mm flange back, the MV-CH250-90TC-M58S-NF V2 is the 10GigE color member of the CH series for integrators who want to pair the 1.1″ Gpixel GMAX0505 sensor with large-format optics. The global-shutter CMOS sensor offers 5120 × 5120 pixels at 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm, backed by 41.6 fps in Bayer BG 8, 36 dB SNR and 63 dB dynamic range. A 1.0x–5.0x gain range and a standard exposure span of 9 μs to 10 seconds adapt the camera to varied lighting conditions.
The M58 body weighs about 550 g and keeps the 74 mm × 74 mm × 78.8 mm footprint; the built-in fan dissipates heat during continuous operation, and mounting holes on the panels allow fixing in different orientations. Data flows over 10 Gigabit Ethernet, with a fallback to 1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet where needed, and GigE Vision V2.0 plus GenICam compliance plug it straight into standard software libraries. Power and signals share one 12-pin P10 connector: 9–24 VDC supply (typically 10.5 W at 12 VDC), opto-isolated input and output, a bi-directional non-isolated I/O line and RS-232.

Where it is used
The M58 mount comes into its own in setups that use large-format lenses to illuminate the full 1.1″ sensor out to the corners: color defect scanning on flat panels and glass, color-based component checks on wide PCB panels and high-resolution appearance inspection of large parts. Its 41.6 fps and color imaging allow the work of several lower-resolution cameras to be consolidated into a single 25 MP frame.
