The MV-CH250-90GC brings the 25 MP class to color over GigE, aimed at wide-field inspection where color is part of the pass/fail decision. Its 1.1-inch Gpixel GMAX0505 global shutter CMOS sensor outputs full 5120 × 5120 frames through a Bayer BG filter, and the combination of 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm pixels with 36 dB SNR keeps subtle hue differences above the noise floor. Running at 4.5 fps in Bayer BG 8 and supporting LSC correction, it sits in the CH series high-resolution family as the color counterpart for stations that need uniform color across the whole field of view.
Color can be delivered as Bayer BG 8/10/10Packed/12/12Packed or as YUV422Packed, YUV422_YUYV_Packed, RGB 8 and BGR 8, with Mono 8/10/12 also selectable, so the processing software can work from raw or pre-converted data as it prefers. Power comes either from a 9 VDC to 24 VDC supply or over PoE at a typical 3.2 W at 12 VDC, and the 6-pin P7 connector carries the opto-isolated input and output plus a bi-directional line for hardware, software or free-run triggering. The GigE link reaches 100 meters without a relay, the C-mount body stays around 100 g with mounting holes on both panels, and GigE Vision V2.0 with GenICam keeps the camera usable in MVS or any compliant third-party application.

Where it is used
Natural fits include color and registration checks on large printed sheets, single-frame verification of packaging carton and label layouts, and color consistency tracking on textile or carpet patterns. In electronics, checks that depend on true color such as solder-mask shade, connector keying colors or wire-sequence order can be run across large panels from one 5120 × 5120 camera. The 4.5 fps rate suits stations where products pause or move slowly, including rotary-table quality gates.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
