With an OnSemi PYTHON25K global shutter CMOS sensor, the MV-CH250-20XM-M58S-NN is a monochrome CoaXPress camera that delivers the square 5120 × 5120 (25 MP) frame at 80 fps. The 23 × 23 mm sensor with 4.5 μm pixels provides 41 dB SNR and 58 dB dynamic range; gain runs 0–15 dB and exposure 33 μs to 10 s. It sits in the CoaXPress branch of the CH series with a 4-link CXP-6 interface and a fanless M58 body.
The CoaXPress connection uses four CXP-6 links over DIN connectors; PoCXP is available on CXP-0 and CXP-1, and 9–24 VDC external power is also possible (typically 10.8 W at 24 VDC). The 12-pin P10 connector offers the opto-isolated input and output, a bi-directional line and RS-232; in-camera binning and image reversing are supported. The M58×0.75 mount has an 11.48 mm flange back length; the 84 × 84 × 92.5 mm, roughly 730 g IP40 body runs without a fan and complies with CoaXPress and GenICam.

Where it is used
A square 25 MP format uses the field efficiently where round or square parts are measured in one frame: wafer and disc-shaped component inspection, dimensional verification of large mechanical parts, and complete imaging of dense PCB panels. 80 fps is sufficient for multi-position capture on moving lines, and binning lets speed be traded for resolution in low-light or higher-rate steps.
