HIKROBOT MV-CH1510-10XM-M72-TF V2 — Area Scan Cameras
151 MP, Sony IMX411, CoaXPress, V2, Mono, M72, TEC with fan

MV-CH1510-10XM-M72-TF V2 uses the same Sony IMX411 sensor but runs at the resolution the sheet states as 14192 × 10640 (16 pixels different from the pre-V2 CXP models). It delivers 6.2 fps in Mono 8 with 46.4 dB SNR and a 78.8 dB dynamic range; the gain range is widened to 0–40 dB and the exposure ceiling raised from 10 s to 30 s.
This version combines both TEC and fan cooling in one body: 100 × 100 × 82 mm, roughly 1.2 kg — noticeably smaller than the earlier TEC-only body’s 120 × 120 × 84.6 mm/1.9 kg. It is powered at 24 VDC; typical consumption is 20.8 W with TEC cooling off and 34.2 W with it on. The storage temperature ceiling is raised to 80 °C (versus 70 °C on the earlier CXP models). The new design supports a removable lens adapter ring and FFC/CCM/SuperBayer ISP functions.

- Supports FFC, CCM, and SuperBayer functions.
- Supports TEC mode, and exposure time of up to 30 seconds.
- Supports 16-bit ADC output with high-precision sampling and high dynamic range.
- Adopts CXP-6 interface to transmit data.
- Compatible with CoaXPress Protocol, GenICam Standard, third-party software based on the protocol and standard.
Where it is used
The extended 30-second exposure ceiling and the more compact TEC-plus-fan body allow long-exposure static measurement in very low light (industrial applications resembling scientific imaging, material inspection inside dark enclosures) within space-constrained installations.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
