HIKROBOT MV-CH120-90X2C-C-NN — Area Scan Cameras
12 MP, Gpixel GMAX3412, 2-link CXP-6, Color, 95 fps

The MV-CH120-90X2C-C-NN is the color CXP-6 version of the GMAX3412-based 12 MP CoaXPress cameras. Its 1.1″ global-shutter sensor outputs Bayer GB 8/10/12 and captures the 4096 × 3072 frame 95 times per second; the 3.4 μm pixels and 0–6.1 dB gain range are geared toward consistent color data under controlled lighting. Bringing color imaging to CoaXPress speed, it represents the lower-bandwidth alternative to the CXP-12 model in the high-resolution family of the CH series.
For integration, the two DIN-connector CXP-6 links run to a CoaXPress frame grabber; because the CXP-0 link can carry power via PoCXP, cabling can be reduced to a single coaxial pair. With external supply the camera takes 9–24 VDC, and its typical 5.4 W at 24 VDC is the lowest of this trio; the 12-pin P10 connector provides an opto-isolated input/output pair, a non-isolated bi-directional I/O and RS-232. The fanless C-mount body measures 50 × 50 × 45 mm, weighs 207 g and operates within IP40 and 0–50 °C limits alongside CoaXPress- and GenICam-compliant software.

Key features
- Resolution of 4096 × 3072, pixel size of 3.4 µm × 3.4 µm.
- Adopts global shutter CMOS sensor to provide high dynamic range, SNR, and high-quality image.
- Adopts CXP-6 interface to transmit data.
- Compatible with CoaXPress Protocol and GenICam Standard.
Where it is used
It belongs wherever color is the decision criterion and the line calls for 95 fps: verifying color codes on cables and connectors, checking print quality on multi-color labels, or detecting hue deviations on textile and coated surfaces. For existing CXP-6 lines that already have frame-grabber infrastructure, it is a direct option when a color camera is needed.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
