Delivering 10 fps at 4096 × 3000 in Bayer GB 8, the MV-CH120-60GC V5 is the V5 release among the CH series color GigE options. The sensor is a 1.1-inch Stacked BSI global shutter CMOS with 3.45 μm pixels, and its 44.1 dB SNR and 67.2 dB dynamic range help subtle color differences stand out from noise. A typical 1.7 W at 12 VDC and a –30 °C to 80 °C storage range make it a low-power, resilient color Ethernet choice.
The color pipeline finishes inside the camera: with white balance, CCM, Super Bayer and Super Palette, Bayer GB data can also be sent out as YUV422 or RGB 8 / BGR 8. The Gigabit Ethernet link carries power over PoE; alternatively 9–24 VDC is applied at the P7 connector, whose opto-isolated input and output and bi-directional line are reserved for triggering and light control. The 100 g C-mount body measures 29 × 29 × 42 mm with mounting holes on four sides, operates from –10 °C to 50 °C, and follows the GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam standards.

Where it is used
Color verification of tablets and capsules in pharmaceutical blisters and ampoule trays shows in one frame whether the right product sits in every pocket. Tray-based stations that grade produce by color and ripeness, and tone-matching checks on decorative ceramic or tile surfaces, call for exactly this 12 MP color field. Low consumption and PoE simplify sorting lines where many cameras hang off the same switch.
