HIKROBOT MV-CH100-60GC — Area Scan Cameras

The MV-CH100-60GC is the color GigE member of the CH high-resolution family at the 10 MP class. Its 1-inch Stacked BSI CMOS sensor with global shutter and 3.45 μm pixels delivers 4096 × 2460 at 11.6 fps in Bayer GR 8. An SNR of 43 dB together with 58.2 dB dynamic range are the figures that matter where wide scenes must be captured with faithful color and low noise.
Gigabit Ethernet allows cable runs of up to 100 meters without a relay and remains backward compatible with Fast Ethernet. PoE support lets a single cable carry data and power, or the camera can be fed from 9–24 VDC; typical consumption is 3.0 W at 12 VDC. The 6-pin P7 connector provides one opto-isolated input, one opto-isolated output and one bi-directional line; the 29 × 44 × 59 mm, 92 g housing takes C-mount lenses, and GigE Vision V2.0 / GenICam compliance opens it to third-party software.

Key features

Where it is used
Color 10 MP imaging covers a wide field in one frame while preserving fine detail: packaging and label print inspection, sorting of multi-colored products and missing-part or wrong-color checks on assembly lines are typical uses. The 11.6 fps rate suits stationary or moderately paced stations, and the long cable reach makes it easy to place the camera far from the cabinet and PC.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
