The MV-CS060-10UC-PRO is the color PRO edition of the CS series 6 MP USB3.0 family; its Sony® IMX178 rolling shutter CMOS sensor (1/1.8″, 2.4 μm pixels), selected for high sensitivity, wide dynamic range and low noise, drives 59.6 fps at 3072 × 2048. It provides a 41.3 dB SNR, 0 to 24 dB gain and an exposure range from 32 μs to 1 second. Active alignment assembly, an image compression mode and a noise reduction function, characteristic of the PRO class, are present in this color model as well.
The connection is USB3.0 with backward compatibility to USB2.0; the camera can be powered from the USB3.0 port (typically 2.5 W at 5 VDC) or connected to a 9–24 VDC external source. For triggering, the 6-pin Hirose connector offers Line 0 opto-isolated input, Line 1 opto-isolated output and Line 2 bi-directional non-isolated line. The 29 × 29 × 30 mm, approximately 80 g body takes a C-mount lens, mounts from four sides and is rated IP40; thanks to the USB3 Vision and GenICam standards it works directly with third-party machine vision software.

Combining color 6 MP imaging at 59.6 fps with an actively aligned optical assembly, this model fits jobs that call for precise color and geometry inspection together: color-coded component and silkscreen checks on printed circuit boards, register verification in multi-color printing, and color defect detection on glass and ceramic surfaces. Noise reduction keeps color classification stable in short-exposure captures. Power and data over one cable simplifies installation in compact in-cabinet or robot-mounted color inspection stations.
