HIKROBOT MV-CA020-10GC — Area Scan Cameras

The MV-CA020-10GC is a color CA-series camera built around Sony’s IMX430 global-shutter CMOS sensor at 1624×1240 resolution, connected over Gigabit Ethernet. At up to 60 fps it delivers a 43.8 dB SNR — the highest signal-to-noise figure among all ten models covered here. HIKROBOT has placed this model in Delisting Preparation status; availability should be confirmed on a per-project basis.
Power comes via PoE across a 9–24 VDC range, and the 6-pin Hirose connector exposes one opto-isolated input, one opto-isolated output and one bi-directional non-isolated I/O line, with both hardware and software triggering supported. The GigE link runs up to 100 m without a relay, and up to 128 MB of onboard memory buffers burst transmission and retransmission. It is compliant with GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam, mounts via C-mount, and fits a compact 29×29×42 mm, 68 g housing.

Where it is used
The combination of 1624×1240 resolution, 60 fps and color imaging suits color-based sorting, print/label inspection and part recognition on moderate-speed assembly lines. Because PoE carries both power and data over a single cable, mounting the camera in-line on a production cell requires less wiring.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
