The MV-CH1520-90YM-M72-TF is a 152 MP monochrome CoaXPress camera in the CH series high-resolution family. Built around a Gpixel GMAX32152 global-shutter CMOS sensor with 3.2 µm pixels, it delivers 16544 × 9200 resolution at up to 16.3 fps in full-frame mono. Its global-shutter design keeps moving subjects distortion-free, and its TEC (thermoelectric cooling) mode preserves image quality during long exposures.
Data travels over a CoaXPress link via a Micro-BNC connector, while the 12-pin P10 connector carries power together with one opto-isolated input, one opto-isolated output, one bidirectional non-isolated I/O and an RS-232 line. Power comes from a 24 VDC supply, drawing typ. 17.7 W without cooling and typ. 31.7 W in TEC cooling mode. The camera is compatible with the CoaXPress and GenlCam protocols and fits an M72×0.75 lens mount in a compact 100×100×86 mm housing.

The 152 MP resolution combined with global-shutter capture suits large-format PCB/panel inspection and precision dimensional measurement, where parts may still be moving on the line yet must be captured distortion-free. TEC cooling helps preserve image quality during long-exposure, low-light inspection, supporting fine-defect detection. It is also well suited to semiconductor and electronics manufacturing steps that need a single wide-area, high-detail frame instead of stitched images.
