The MV-CH650-90XM-M58S-NF brings the 65 MP GMAX3265 sensor into the CoaXPress domain of the CH series: the Gpixel global shutter CMOS covers a 29.9 mm × 22.4 mm area with 9344 × 7000 pixels of 3.2 μm × 3.2 μm, and the CXP-6 interface allows 31.5 fps in a 9216 × 7000 window. SNR of 40 dB and 66 dB dynamic range are retained while the minimum exposure drops to 14 μs; gain is adjustable from 1.25x to 6x. This fan-cooled monochrome camera with M58 mount is intended for high-resolution applications that need close to twice the frame rate of the 10GigE versions.
Data travels over a CoaXPress link with DIN connectors; the camera complies with the CoaXPress protocol and the GenICam standard. On the I/O side the 12-pin P10 connector offers Line 0 opto-isolated input, Line 1 opto-isolated output, Line 2 bi-directional non-isolated line and one RS-232; supply is 9–24 VDC with a typical 10.5 W at 24 VDC. The M58*0.75 threaded mount with an 11.48 mm flange focal length gives a short optical path, and the fan-cooled housing at 74 mm × 74 mm × 70.4 mm and about 470 g is shorter and lighter than its F-mount siblings; IP40 protection applies with proper lens and wiring installation.

Where it is used
A 65 MP monochrome stream at 31.5 fps addresses lines that want a wide field and high tempo at once: surface inspection of fast-moving glass, foil and sheet material, pixel defect scanning on large display panels, single-frame measurement of multi-cavity injection and press parts. Exposure down to 14 μs with a global shutter freezes rapid motion for crisp edge detection. Grey-level output also keeps the data load low for contrast- and geometry-driven measurement algorithms.
