The MV-CH650-90TM-F-NF V2 is the current revision of the 65 MP 10GigE monochrome camera, built on the same Gpixel GMAX3265 global shutter CMOS sensor (9344 × 7000, 3.2 μm × 3.2 μm, 29.9 mm × 22.4 mm). The measurable differences show in the datasheet: full-resolution Mono 8 frame rate rises to 17.4 fps, dynamic range is specified at 64.4 dB, SNR stays at 40 dB, and the storage temperature ceiling extends to 80 °C. Pixel formats are Mono 8/10/10Packed/12/12Packed, making this the standard monochrome 10GigE option in the high-resolution tier of the CH series.
The interface is 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10000 Mbit/s) and remains compatible with existing 1000 Mbit/s GigE infrastructure; gain is adjustable from 1.25× to 6×, exposure from 18 μs to 10 s, with LUT and Gamma correction configured manually. Trigger and serial communication are grouped on the 12-pin P10 connector: Line 0 opto-isolated input, Line 1 opto-isolated output, Line 2 bi-directional non-isolated I/O and RS-232, powered from 9–24 VDC. The compact design highlighted by the manufacturer includes mounting holes on the panels for flexible fixing; the fan-cooled F-mount body measures 74 mm × 74 mm × 84.8 mm, weighs about 600 g and draws a typical 11.8 W at 12 VDC, working with software built on GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam.

Where it is used
This camera suits permanent line installations that want both the long cable reach of 10GigE and the wide field of view of 65 MP: inspection of large substrates in semiconductor and display production, surface flaw scanning on wide metal and composite sheets, multi-point dimensional control on precision mouldings and castings. The 17.4 fps rate is enough to take several frames per station or to support medium-speed conveyors. A 40 dB SNR helps separate low-contrast defects such as scratches and pores reliably in grey levels.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
