The MV-CH500-90TM-F-NF V2 is the 50 MP F-mount monochrome member of the CH series that streams 7008 × 7000 full frames at 23.3 fps, a clear step up in throughput over the 15.5 fps variant in the same body. The Gpixel GMAX global shutter sensor provides 3.2 μm × 3.2 μm pixels on a 22.4 mm × 22.4 mm area, 40 dB SNR and 65 dB dynamic range. Exposure spans 18 μs to 10 seconds and gain runs from 1.25× to 6×.
Data flows over a 10 GigE link that also accepts Gigabit Ethernet, and compliance with GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam lets the camera work with third-party software built on those standards. Power and I/O share a single 12-pin P10 connector: 9–24 VDC supply, one opto-isolated input, one opto-isolated output, one bi-directional I/O and RS-232, with typical consumption of 11.8 W at 12 VDC. The fan-cooled F-mount body measures 74 mm × 74 mm × 84.8 mm, weighs about 600 g, and is rated for 0–50 °C operation and –30 to 80 °C storage.

Where it is used
At 23.3 full frames per second, 50 MP inspection fits into the cycle time of high-throughput lines such as solar cell and wafer production. F-mount lens options give a wide field of view for measuring large glass plates, display modules and multi-part fixtures in a single shot. Wide-belt conveyors that need fast sorting and position verification are another good fit.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
