The fastest color 31 MP model in this group, the MV-CH310-10TC-M58S-NN outputs 6464 × 4852 Bayer RG 8 frames from its Sony IMX342 global shutter CMOS at 17.2 fps over 10 GigE. The 22.3 mm × 16.7 mm sensor area and 3.45 μm × 3.45 μm pixels underpin 40 dB SNR and 73 dB dynamic range; gain is selectable from 0 dB to 24 dB and exposure from 4 μs to 10 s. The camera is fanless, M58-mounted, 74 mm × 74 mm × 64.4 mm in size and about 560 g in weight, representing the color 31 MP class in the CH series 10GigE family.
The color stream can be taken as Bayer RG 8/10/10Packed/12/12Packed or as in-camera converted YUV422Packed, YUV422_YUYV_Packed, RGB 8 and BGR 8, with Mono 8/10/12 also selectable. The 10 GigE (10000 Mbit/s) link is GigE compatible and reaches 100 meters without a relay; typical consumption is 11.4 W at 12 VDC, and the 9 VDC to 24 VDC supply, Line 0/1/2 I/O and RS-232 converge on the 12-pin P10 connector. The M58*0.75 mount with an 11.48 mm flange, automatic/manual gain and exposure, manual LUT and Gamma correction, and GigE Vision V2.0 plus GenICam compliance are all present in this fanless body too.
