The MV-CH250-90YM-M58S-NN brings the 150 fps CXP-12 monochrome platform to an M58*0.75 lens thread with an 11.48 mm flange back, so that the 5120 × 5120 pixels of the 1.1″ Gpixel GMAX0505 sensor can be exploited out to the corners with lenses offering a large image circle. Global-shutter CMOS architecture, 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm pixels, 36 dB SNR and 63 dB dynamic range form the foundation of this high-speed member of the CH series, accompanied by Mono 8/10/12 formats, 2.5× gain and a 3–8 μs UltraShort exposure mode.
The M58 body weighs about 285 g without a fan, stays within 60 mm × 60 mm × 59 mm, and optional cooling fins can strengthen thermal management under heavy duty. Data leaves through a micro-BNC CoaXPress interface at CXP-12 speed; PoCXP on the CXP-0 and CXP-1 links allows power over the coaxial cable, otherwise the 12–24 VDC input is used (typically 9.9 W at 12 VDC). The 12-pin P10 connector carries opto-isolated input and output, a bi-directional non-isolated line and RS-232; the camera works with third-party software based on CoaXPress and GenICam and is certified to CE, RoHS, KC and UL.

Where it is used
The combination of large-format optics and high speed makes sense where wide surfaces must be scanned quickly in monochrome: full-width surface defect detection in glass sheet and flat-panel production, inspection of large wafers or photovoltaic cells, and high-resolution measurement of large metal or composite parts while in motion. At 150 fps, the work of several stations can be consolidated into a single camera.
