The MV-CH250-90YC-C-NN is a color 25 MP camera producing 150 full-resolution Bayer BG 8 frames per second, positioned in the CoaXPress family of the CH series to carry color information at high speed. The Gpixel GMAX0505 global-shutter CMOS sensor offers 5120 × 5120 pixels at 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm in the 1.1″ format, with Bayer BG 8/10/12 output formats backed by 36 dB SNR and 63 dB dynamic range. A 2.5× gain and UltraShort exposure down to 3 μs preserve edge sharpness on fast-moving colored surfaces.
Connection is made at CXP-12 speed through a micro-BNC CoaXPress interface; PoCXP is available on the CXP-0 and CXP-1 links, enabling power over the cable. External supply spans 12–24 VDC, with typical consumption of 10 W at 12 VDC. The 12-pin P10 connector provides an opto-isolated input (Line 0), an opto-isolated output (Line 1), a bi-directional non-isolated line (Line 2) and RS-232; optional cooling fins can be added to the roughly 280 g C-mount body measuring 60 mm × 60 mm × 59 mm. Alongside CoaXPress and GenICam compliance, it holds CE, RoHS, KC and UL certifications.

Where it is used
Applications that need color and speed in the same frame are this model’s domain: full-width color registration and stain checks on high-speed printing presses, sorting of colored parts, caps or labels on fast lines, and full-frame color uniformity measurement in display and backlight production. At 150 fps, every part can be captured in 25 MP color without slowing the product flow.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
