150 fps in Mono 8 at the full 5120 × 5120 resolution: the MV-CH250-90YM-C-NN is the CXP-12-connected monochrome model that sets the speed benchmark in the 25 MP class of the CH series. Its 1.1″ Gpixel GMAX0505 global-shutter CMOS sensor with 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm pixels delivers 36 dB SNR and 63 dB dynamic range; a fixed 2.5× gain and a 3–8 μs UltraShort exposure mode are designed for smear-free frames even at top speed. Standard exposure is adjustable from 10 μs to 10 seconds.
That frame rate is carried to a frame grabber at CXP-12 speed over a micro-BNC CoaXPress interface; the CXP-0 and CXP-1 links support PoCXP, an external supply range of 12–24 VDC applies, and typical draw is 9.9 W at 12 VDC. The 60 mm × 60 mm × 59 mm C-mount body weighs about 280 g without a fan and can be fitted with optional cooling fins. The 12-pin P10 connector offers opto-isolated input/output, a bi-directional non-isolated line and RS-232; third-party software built on the CoaXPress protocol and GenICam standard is supported directly, and certification covers CE, RoHS, KC and UL.

Where it is used
Pairing 25 MP with 150 fps, this camera fits lines where a wide field and high speed are demanded at once: fast surface inspection of battery electrode and separator films, full-frame AOI in high-speed PCB and display production, and defect scanning on continuously moving sheet metal, foil or paper webs. Its monochrome design and short exposure also serve tasks beyond the lab, such as high-speed motion analysis with strobed lighting and in-mold process monitoring.
