Combining color imaging with CoaXPress infrastructure, the MV-CH250-90XC-C-NN is the CXP-6-connected Bayer model of the 25 MP class in the CH series. Its 1.1″ Gpixel GMAX0505 global-shutter CMOS sensor offers 5120 × 5120 pixels at 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm in Bayer BG 8/10/12 formats and reaches 41.5 fps. The 41 dB SNR and 65 dB dynamic range help separate subtle tonal differences across color channels reliably, while the 3–8 μs UltraShort exposure mode freezes rapid motion.
The camera runs at CXP-6 speed through a DIN-connector CoaXPress interface and can be powered over the CXP-1 link via PoCXP; where a separate supply is preferred, 9–24 VDC is accepted, and typical consumption of 6.5 W at 12 VDC is among the lowest in this group. For triggering and synchronization, the 12-pin P10 connector provides an opto-isolated input and output, a bi-directional non-isolated line and RS-232. The fanless C-mount body of roughly 207 g and 50 mm × 50 mm × 45 mm offers IP40 protection, and the CoaXPress protocol together with the GenICam standard eases integration with third-party software.

Where it is used
This model targets inspection points where detail and color fidelity are needed together: spotting color shifts and registration errors in high-resolution label and print inspection, color-based verification on food and pharmaceutical packaging, and quality deviations read from hue on solder and coated surfaces. The 41 dB SNR ensures that even faint stains on light-colored surfaces remain visible instead of blending into noise.
