The MV-CH250-90TC-C-NF V2 is a fan-cooled 25 MP color area-scan camera in the high-resolution branch of the CH series. Its 1.1″ Gpixel GMAX0505 global-shutter CMOS sensor delivers 5120 × 5120 pixels at 2.5 μm × 2.5 μm and streams Bayer BG 8 frames at 41.6 fps over 10 Gigabit Ethernet. With 36 dB SNR, 63 dB dynamic range and an UltraShort exposure mode reaching down to 3 μs, it freezes moving color targets without smear.
The 10 GigE link provides 10000 Mbit/s of bandwidth while remaining backward-compatible with existing Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbit/s) infrastructure. A 12-pin P10 connector carries both power and I/O: one opto-isolated input (Line 0), one opto-isolated output (Line 1), one bi-directional non-isolated line (Line 2) and an RS-232 port. Powered from 9–24 VDC and drawing a typical 10.5 W at 12 VDC, the camera weighs about 590 g in its 74 mm × 74 mm × 78.8 mm housing; it accepts C-mount lenses to keep optics affordable, offers mounting holes on the panels for flexible installation and follows GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam.

Where it is used
Its 25 MP color resolution suits tasks that need a wide field captured in fine detail in a single frame: color and print-quality checks on large-format packaging, verification of component color codes and polarity marks on populated PCB panels, and pattern inspection on textiles and decorative surfaces. At 41.6 fps this level of detail is sustained on medium-speed production lines, and the color information helps catch defects that a monochrome camera cannot separate.
