In the CoaXPress family of the CH series, the MV-CH120-90X2M-C-NN is a monochrome 12 MP camera running over two CXP-6 links; its 1.1″ Gpixel GMAX3412 global-shutter CMOS delivers 95 fps (Mono 8) at the full 4096 × 3072 resolution. Requiring less bandwidth than its CXP-12 sibling, it keeps 38.9 dB SNR and 59.6 dB dynamic range while fitting existing CXP-6 installations. Exposure down to 6 μs leaves ample headroom to suppress motion blur.
The camera connects to a CXP-6 frame grabber via its DIN-connector CoaXPress output; PoCXP on the CXP-0 link lets power arrive over the same cable, otherwise 9–24 VDC is applied at the 12-pin P10 connector (typically 5.8 W at 24 VDC). P10 also carries the Line 0 opto-isolated input, Line 1 opto-isolated output, Line 2 bi-directional non-isolated I/O and one RS-232 line. The 50 × 50 × 45 mm, 207 g fanless C-mount body is rated for 0–50 °C and IP40 and is used with CoaXPress/GenICam-compliant software.

Where it is used
The combination of monochrome 12 MP and 95 fps suits glass, sheet-metal or printed-circuit production lines that run surface-defect, scratch and contrast inspection at speed. It is also chosen for frame-grabber-based measurement stations that need deterministic triggering and for electronics-assembly inspection where a large field of view must be captured in one frame.
