The MV-CH120-60TM-C-NF is the fan-cooled, C-mount model in the CH series 10GigE line that streams 12 MP monochrome at 80 fps in 4096 × 3072. Its 1.1-inch Stacked BSI global shutter CMOS sensor with 3.45 μm pixels offers 43.9 dB SNR and 54.4 dB dynamic range, with gain adjustable from 0 to 18 dB and exposure from 20 μs to 10 s. It is designed for systems that want to stay on Ethernet infrastructure yet need frame rates far beyond what a Gigabit link allows.
The data interface is 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10000 Mbit/s), backward compatible with Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbit/s); reaching the full 80 fps requires a 10GigE link on the host side. Supply is 9–24 VDC with a typical draw of 8.2 W at 12 VDC; since PoE is not listed, power is fed through the 6-pin P7 connector, which also holds the opto-isolated input (Line 0), opto-isolated output (Line 1) and bi-directional non-isolated line (Line 2). The fan-equipped 50 × 45 × 68.6 mm body weighs about 203 g, has mounting holes for flexible installation and operates from 0 °C to 50 °C, and GigE Vision V2.0 with GenICam compliance keeps integration on standard software.

Where it is used
12 MP at 80 fps makes it possible to scan every board or component tray at full resolution in high-speed electronics production, with solder-paste and post-placement checks as typical examples. It suits in-motion defect scanning of large plates on glass and display panel lines, and reading many small codes in a single wide frame on fast logistics belts. It is meant for multi-camera high-speed stations where Ethernet cabling is preferred but Gigabit is not enough.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
