The MV-CH050-90TM-C-NF brings the 5 MP Gpixel GMAX3405 global-shutter sensor (2448 × 2048, 3.4 μm pixels, 2/3-inch) to a 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface, delivering 163.4 fps in Mono 8 without a frame grabber. It is the fan-cooled monochrome model in the CH series 10GigE group, rated at 39.0 dB SNR and 64.6 dB dynamic range. Housed in a 50 × 45 × 68.6 mm body of about 212 g, it draws 8.0 W typical at 12 VDC and is specified for 0 °C to 50 °C.
The 10GigE port is backward compatible with Gigabit Ethernet and supports transmission distances up to 100 meters, so the camera can sit far from the host on standard network cabling. Power is 9–24 VDC via the 6-pin P7 connector, which also provides an opto-isolated input (Line 0), an opto-isolated output (Line 1) and a bi-directional non-isolated line (Line 2). Mounting holes on the panels allow flexible fixing, the mount is C-mount, and support for GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam makes it usable with third-party software.

Where it is used
This model is intended for fast 5 MP monochrome inspection over long Ethernet runs: multi-camera cells in electronics assembly, high-speed bottle and container inspection where the PC is in a remote cabinet, and rapid dimensional checks on stamped or machined parts. Mono 10/12 and packed formats support demanding gray-level analysis such as surface scratch detection, and the 163.4 fps ceiling leaves headroom for tracking multiple parts per second on high-speed conveyors.
