The MV-CL081-41CM is a mono CL Series camera with 8192×1 resolution and a Camera Link interface. It integrates multiple ISP technologies with manual adjustment of Gamma correction, FFC, LUT and black level, supports multiple exposure and acquisition modes, and features a configurable bi-directional I/O design. This model is currently in HIKROBOT’s delisting preparation stage, so availability for new projects should be confirmed with FST.

Where it is used
The Camera Link interface makes this camera a fit for integrating 8192-pixel mono line scan inspection into existing Camera Link frame grabber setups, such as continuous surface inspection lines that do not need higher-bandwidth interfaces. Given the delisting preparation status, GigE or XoFLink-based current models are worth considering for new long-term investments.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
