HIKROBOT MV-CL042-91GM — Line Scan Cameras

The MV-CL042-91GM shares the same 4096×2 resolution and GigE interface as the MV-CL042-91GC but is built around a monochrome sensor. It supports a high-bandwidth image mode and trigger-width exposure, with Gamma correction, PRNU correction, LUT, and black level offset all manually adjustable.

Where it is used
GigE’s easy integration into standard network infrastructure, combined with a monochrome sensor’s contrast sensitivity, makes this camera useful for steel surface inspection, paper or board quality control, or glass lines, where defect detection does not depend on color. The high-bandwidth mode allows wide lines to be scanned in a single pass.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
