HIKROBOT MV-CL042-91FM — Line Scan Cameras

The MV-CL042-91FM pairs the same 4096×2 resolution and LC-fiber XoF interface with a monochrome sensor within HIKROBOT’s CL Series XoFLink line. Its single XoF fiber port supports multiple exposure and acquisition methods up to a maximum line rate of 195 kHz, and it offers a removable heat sink for compact installation in non-high-temperature environments.

Where it is used
The high line rate and fiber connection make this mono camera suitable for surface and edge inspection on high-speed lines such as steel, metal strip, or foil, where contrast rather than color drives the inspection. The removable heat sink lets it fit into tight installation spaces in environments that do not need additional cooling.
