HIKROBOT MV-CB016-10UM-S — Area Scan Cameras

The MV-CB016-10UM-S carries the same Sony IMX273 sensor, the same 1440×1080 mono resolution, and the same 165.4/249.1 fps speed tiers as the C-mount model, but with an M12 lens interface instead. It sits in the bare-board branch of the CB series: the board ships without a housing and is fixed via its mounting holes inside the customer’s own enclosure. The M12 mount targets designs where a smaller lens footprint is wanted, and brings the board’s weight to 43.5 g.
Power and data again travel over a single USB 3.0 cable (typ. 1.5 W @ 5 VDC), with the same 2 bi-directional, non-isolated digital I/O lines (Line 2, Line 5) available for triggering. USB3 Vision and GenICam compliance means it drops into the MVS client or equivalent third-party software without extra work. The M12 mount’s narrower barrel diameter makes it easier to fit the camera into space-constrained embedded designs such as compact readers or handheld terminals.

The same high-speed mono combination suits fast line checks and position detection, but the M12 mount’s compact footprint makes this variant stand out for space-limited handheld terminals, compact readers, and embedded imaging modules where a C-mount lens simply won’t fit.
