The MV-CB016-10UC-B carries the same Sony IMX273 global-shutter sensor in a color version and is the barest of the CB-series board-level models: it has no lens mount at all (“Lens mount: None”) and weighs just 10 g. That means the board ships without a housing and gives the customer complete freedom over the optical-mechanical design, including the lens interface itself — integration depends entirely on the buyer’s own enclosure and optics. At 1440×1080 it reaches 249.1 fps in ADC 8 mode (165.4 fps at ADC 12), with a 39.9 dB SNR that keeps color images clean at speed.
Data and power both travel over USB 3.0; because of the color sensor circuitry, consumption is typ. 1.9 W @ 5 VDC (somewhat higher than the mono version). Two bi-directional, non-isolated I/O lines (Line 2, Line 5) are available for triggering. An image interpolation algorithm handles color reproduction, and the camera offers a wide range of pixel formats including Bayer RG, YUV422, RGB 8 and BGR 8; USB3 Vision/GenICam compliance lets it work directly with the MVS client.
