The MV-CB016-10UC-S carries the same Sony IMX273 color sensor, the same 1440×1080 resolution, and the same 165.4/249.1 fps speed as its C-mount sibling; the difference is an M12 lens interface. It sits in the bare-board branch of the CB series, ships without a housing, and is fixed via its mounting holes. The M12 mount targets a smaller optical-mechanical footprint and brings the board’s weight to 43.5 g; the 39.9 dB SNR carries over to the color image.
Power and data run over a single USB 3.0 cable (typ. 1.9 W @ 5 VDC), with 2 bi-directional, non-isolated I/O lines available on Line 2/Line 5. The color interpolation algorithm and Bayer RG/YUV422/RGB 8/BGR 8 format support match the C-mount version; USB3 Vision and GenICam compliance ensure smooth operation with the MVS client. The M12 mount’s small diameter makes it easier to embed the camera in narrow enclosures.
