HIKROBOT MV-SC6250C-00C-NNN — Smart Cameras & Vision Sensors

The MV-SC6250C-00C-NNN is one of the highest-resolution models in the SC6000 family: a 25MP colour sensor with 4608 × 5120 pixel resolution, 2.5 µm pixel size and a 1.1″ optical format captures a wide area in a single frame with high detail. The C-Mount body allows an application-specific external lens to be fitted.

16 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage support processing and storing these high-resolution images on-board, and the VisionMaster (VM) platform with its embedded deep learning module enables multi-region inspection or classification algorithms to run on such large frames. The maximum frame rate of 16 fps reflects the expected trade-off as resolution increases.

Where it is used

It is used in applications where a large surface, or many small components at once, must be examined in a single high-resolution colour frame — such as multi-component inspection on large PCB panels, surface inspection of solar panels or display modules, or quality checks on palletising/bulk-packaging lines where many products are visible simultaneously. The high pixel density means even small defects can be detected across a wide field.

Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
