HIKROBOT MV-SC6120C-00C-NNN — Smart Cameras & Vision Sensors

The MV-SC6120C-00C-NNN is the C-Mount, 12MP colour variant of the SC6000 family; it has no built-in light source, and instead lets the integrator fit whatever external lens and illumination the application needs through a standard C-Mount interface. With a resolution of 4096 × 2944 on a 1/1.1″ optical format, it delivers high resolution for tasks that must resolve fine detail.

The VisionMaster (VM) platform and its embedded deep learning module let colour-based classification and defect-detection algorithms run on the camera itself, with both RGB8 and Mono8 pixel formats supported for flexibility. The C-Mount design lets the integrator choose a lens matched to the application’s working distance and field of view, while 8 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage keep the same broad protocol set (TCP, UDP, MODBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, etc.) available.

Where it is used

It suits applications where colour information is discriminating — such as inspecting coloured labels and packaging, verifying wire or connector colour codes, or visual quality checks on food and consumer-goods lines. The C-Mount lens flexibility also lets the same camera platform be reused across stations with different working-distance or field-of-view requirements, from close-up detail inspection to wider-area coverage.
