The MV-SC6050M-08M-XBN pairs the 5MP mono global-shutter sensor with a short 8 mm lens, capturing high-resolution detail across a wide field of view. Although the RGBW light source does not produce a colour image here, switching between its channels can still boost the contrast of specific marks on a surface.

VisionMaster’s deep-learning module can be trained to detect defects directly on greyscale images, and the 1 × VGA output plus 1 × USB host port give it a direct connection for on-the-line image monitoring or debugging without hooking up a separate computer.
