HIKROBOT MV-SC6050C-08M-XBN — Smart Cameras & Vision Sensors

The MV-SC6050C-08M-XBN pairs the SC6000 family’s 5MP colour global-shutter sensor with a short 8 mm M12 lens, giving it a wide field of view that lets it cover a large surface in a single frame even when mounted close to the target. The built-in RGBW four-colour light source is put to direct use whenever colour discrimination matters.

The camera can run VisionMaster’s deep-learning module together with its 8 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage entirely onboard, without relying on an external PC for the processing. That makes it possible to build a standalone, PC-less inspection station right on the line.

Where it is used

Its wide field of view and colour capability make it a good fit for verifying colour on printed labels and packaging, checking product colour consistency, and inspecting large parts as a whole from close range. The short focal length is also an advantage in tight station layouts where the camera itself must take up little space along the line.

Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
