The MV-CL024-91GM is a 2048×2 monochrome GigE line scan camera featuring TDI (Time Delay Integration), which stacks multiple sensor rows to boost light sensitivity beyond a standard single-line mono sensor. It pairs this with high-bandwidth imaging and Gamma/FFC/LUT/black-level correction to hold image quality under demanding lighting or speed conditions.

Where it is used
Well suited to low-light or high-speed inspection where a standard mono sensor would struggle to gather enough light in the available exposure time — fast-moving webs under limited illumination, or steel and solar wafer surface inspection where TDI’s multi-row integration compensates for short exposure at high line rates.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
