HIKROBOT MV-CE200-10UM — Area Scan Cameras
20 MP, Sony IMX183, USB3.0, Mono, 19.2 fps

The MV-CE200-10UM sits among the highest-resolution models in the CE Series USB3.0 line: its 1″ Sony IMX183 sensor with 2.4 μm pixels delivers 5472×3648 (20 MP) mono images at up to 19.2 fps, with a 41.5 dB SNR that is higher than the smaller-sensor models in the family. HIKROBOT has also flagged this model as ‘Delisting Preparation’.
It offers a USB2.0-compatible USB3.0 interface with either 12 VDC external power or power over the USB3.0 line (typ. 2.83 W). The same 6-pin Hirose I/O connector provides opto-isolated input/output and a bi-directional line for hardware and software triggering. At 44×29×59 mm, the housing is longer than the 29×29×30 mm models to accommodate the larger sensor behind the higher resolution; C-mount lens interface and USB3 Vision/GenICam compliance are retained.

Where it is used
The 20 MP resolution and 1″ sensor size suit applications that need fine detail across a wide field of view, such as semiconductor/PCB inspection, precision dimensional measurement, and large panel or material surface inspection. Its 19.2 fps rate fits stations dominated by high-resolution single-frame capture rather than very high-speed lines.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
