HIKROBOT MV-CS050-10GC-PRO — Area Scan Cameras
5 MP, Sony IMX264, GigE, Color, 24.2 fps (35.6 fps with image compression), PRO
MV-CS050-10GC-PRO is the PRO-class model that adds image compression and noise reduction to the 5 MP IMX264 color GigE camera. It delivers a standard 24.2 fps at 2448 × 2048 and 35.6 fps in compression mode, with color output prepared in-camera in Mono 8/10/12, Bayer RG 8/10/10p/12/12p, YUV422 and RGB/BGR 8 formats. The 40 dB SNR, 0–24 dB gain and two-mode exposure range (1–14 μs / 15 μs–10 s) are shared with the Basic version.
Consumption is a typical 2.9 W at 12 VDC, with power from 9–24 VDC or PoE, and the GigE link supports 100 m without a repeater. I/O is grouped on a 6-pin Hirose connector: opto-isolated input, opto-isolated output and a bidirectional line. The 29 × 29 × 42 mm, roughly 100 g housing mounts from four sides, and with an 80 °C storage limit and GigE Vision V2.0/GenICam compliance it works directly with third-party color-processing software.

Where it is used
In tasks such as color print and label verification, separating multi-color product mixes, and cap-to-color matching on cosmetic or food packaging, the over-35 fps compression mode allows line speed to be raised. Noise reduction improves color stability on dark or low-contrast colored surfaces.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
