HIKROBOT MV-CT1MG0120/G/NN/NN is the GigE-interface PRO model in the third-generation CT series of area scan cameras. With a 1.1″ optical format, its global shutter stacked BSI CMOS sensor with 3.45 µm × 3.45 µm pixels delivers 4096 × 3000 resolution (12.0 MP) mono imaging, reaching up to 9.9 fps in standard mode and up to 23.9 fps with lossless compression enabled. A 67.2 dB dynamic range and 44.2 dB signal-to-noise ratio preserve detail even under variable lighting. With a 0-12 dB gain range, exposure time spans 10-19 µs in ultra-short exposure mode and 20 µs to 10 s in standard exposure mode. The global shutter architecture captures moving objects without distortion, while the higher resolution enables detailed imaging over a wide area.

The camera communicates over a 1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet interface, compatible with 100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet, through an 8-pin M12 X-Code waterproof connector. There is no separate control connector; control is handled over the data interface. Powered from 9-24 VDC with PoE support, typical consumption is 1.8 W at 12 VDC. The 29 mm × 29 mm × 42 mm housing weighs approximately 124 g. With the lens, enclosure and cables correctly installed, it reaches IP67 protection and operates from -30 °C to 60 °C. Fitted with a C-Mount lens interface, it complies with GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam. As a PRO-tier model, it includes the waterproof M12 X-Code connector and precision temperature control of this class.

With frame rates up to 23.9 fps combined with 12.0 MP resolution, this camera suits in-line inspection and measurement tasks that need high resolution across a wide field of view. An ultra-short exposure time down to 10 µs gives an edge in counting and positioning tasks involving fast-moving objects. IP67 protection and a -30 °C to 60 °C operating range allow use on production lines with demanding environmental conditions. The GigE interface also makes it suitable for installations where the camera must be positioned away from the control unit.
