The Omron WL-N is a two-circuit limit switch series. Omron presents it with models that simplify installation and focus on the most popular features to make stocking easier. The double-pole, double-break (DPDB) structure ensures circuit breaking. Standard gold-clad crossbar contacts can be used for both standard loads and microloads. Lever actuator models provide 90° overtravel, one-side operation and four-direction head mounting. The degree of protection is IP67. Models with a ground terminal are approved to EN/IEC and carry the CE marking; the series also carries UL and CSA approvals.
The standard web selection includes R38, R50 and R63 roller levers, an R25 to 89 mm adjustable roller lever, a 25 to 140 mm adjustable rod lever and a high-sensitivity R38 roller lever. Connection is by screw terminal with Pg13.5 conduit and ground terminal, or by a pre-wired M12 connector. LED models indicate the operating status; heat-resistant models operate from 5 to 120 °C. Basic switches handle a 10 A resistive load at 250 VAC; electrical durability is 750,000 operations min. at 3 A 250 VAC resistive load. Operating speed is 1 mm/s to 1 m/s for the WLCA2-N.
