UNO-148 V2 is the most powerful DIN-rail controller in Advantech’s UNO-100 series: a 13th Gen Intel Core i3-1315UE, i5-1335UE or i7-1365UE, 8 GB DDR5-4800 (two slots, up to 64 GB) and two M.2 2280 NVMe SSD slots (RAID) make it a fanless edge server inside the cabinet. Two of the three Ethernet ports are 2.5GbE Intel I226 with TSN; four isolated RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 isolated digital inputs and 8 digital outputs connect directly to the PLC/sensor layer; two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs drive 4K displays. Full-size mPCIe + nano SIM and M.2 E key slots take 4G/5G and Wi-Fi modules; TPM 2.0 is on board.
Second-stack extension kits grow the system: UNO-148-IS2EA adds one iDoor slot and a 2.5″ SSD/HDD (PROFINET, EtherCAT, PROFIBUS, CANBus, extra serial/Ethernet/digital-I/O modules), while UNO-148-P11EB opens a full PCIe ×4 card slot; with the UNO-MXM-CB01 carrier stack an NVIDIA Quadro A1000/2000A MXM GPU can be added for image processing and AI inference. 10 – 36 VDC input, 41 W typical / 63 W max. consumption, −20 to 60 °C operating range, 50 G shock and 2 Grms vibration resistance and IEC 61010-2 compliance are intended for in-cabinet industrial use. Windows 10/11 LTSC and AdvLinux (Ubuntu 22.04) images can be ordered; memory-less -DxNBA versions are offered for your own memory configuration.
