HIKROBOT MV-SC5050XC-12M-WBN — Smart Cameras & Vision Sensors

The MV-SC5050XC-12M-WBN is a color member of the SC5000X family, built around a CMOS global-shutter sensor with a 1/1.45″ optical format and 3.45 µm × 3.45 µm pixels, capturing 2432 × 2048 resolution at up to 60 fps. A gain range of 0-37 dB and exposure of 15 µs-3000 µs help it hold a stable image under bright or fluctuating light. It ships with a factory-default white LED source and a motorised-focus 12 mm M12-mount lens.

The unit carries 8 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage, and moves data over Gigabit Ethernet while supporting a broad protocol set — TCP, UDP, ModBus, RS-232, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Fins, MC and FTP. Its 12-pin M12 connector exposes 3 opto-isolated inputs (LINE0/1/2) and 3 opto-isolated outputs (LINE3/4/5); at 24 VDC it draws a typical 12.3 W and up to 48 W maximum with the built-in light enabled. IP67 protection and a 0-50 °C operating range make it fit for production-floor duty.
