Support for nine communication protocols — TCP, UDP, ModBus, RS-232, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Fins, MC and FTP — makes it straightforward to integrate into both legacy and modern PLC/SCADA architectures, with fast data transfer over Gigabit Ethernet. Its 12-pin M12 connector provides 3 opto-isolated inputs, 3 opto-isolated outputs and an RS-232 interface; it draws a typical 12.3 W and up to 48 W maximum at 24 VDC with the built-in light on.
