HIKROBOT MV-SC5050XM-08M-WBN — Smart Cameras & Vision Sensors

The MV-SC5050XM-08M-WBN is a monochrome SC5000X model with a fixed 8 mm focal length aimed at applications needing a wide field of view. Its 1/1.45″ CMOS global-shutter sensor with 3.45 µm × 3.45 µm pixels captures 2432 × 2048 resolution at up to 60 fps; the monochrome Mono 8 pixel format delivers fast results for contrast-based inspection without the overhead of processing color data.

8 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage let it run complex deep-learning analysis on board; support for TCP, UDP, ModBus, RS-232, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Fins, MC and FTP connects it to line-control systems over Gigabit Ethernet. A built-in white light source (with optional red, blue or infrared variants) and a motorised-focus 8 mm M12 lens remove the need for external lighting or lens hardware; it draws a typical 12.3 W and up to 48 W maximum at 24 VDC.
